The next twelve months are going to see a large part of the population dealing with their debt, bills and income. There are signs to show that the consumer spending supply is drying up because of the unsureness of the economy and want the next President is going to do to the economy. Lets not forget that the DOW is below the 8000 mark since 2003, that is pretty scary since the DOW was just over 14,000 a few months a go. With the large loss of weath of trillions of dollars, the debt consolidation business is going to start booming. Since most of us will not get a bailout from government, it is time to lower your payments, converting to one simple monthly payment to move to be debt free fast. This can be a better alternative to doing the bankruptcy thing or to have credit counseling. These of the service and information from the folks of Bills.com. Bills.com site can furnish you with all the debt consolidation resources that you will use to understand if you are a candidate for and  how debt consolidation can work for you. They even have a debt consolidation area the will help you find yourself a debt consolidation provider. Now debt consolidation is not major ordeal, it could be save money by lowering your loan interest rates, improve to a better loan and/or working on reducing your credit card or loan payments to get to a debt free setup faster. Pretty cool to be debt free.

Education changes due to economy

By Social Catalyst | November 18, 2008

Our economy seems to be going in the tank, the good news is that college enrollment is up. This usually happens for grad  schools during an uncertain economy. This time the major increase enrollment is happening to online colleges. Online college can fit around your current work schedule, family obligations and childrens needs if you have them. I know since the 70’s remote correspondese university degrees have been offered by many universites. You would go to campus for a weekend to meet instructors, then the rest communication was via tape recordings, mail and telephone. Remote university degrees have be popular with the postal workers in Alabama.  Since our technology has enabled email, video and direct teleconference with teachers are now the norm.

There are some that want to change careers or up their job position that will increase their salary. I am all for more money. DegreeHound will enable you to check out the top online degree and offline campus career degree schools that will enable you to find the right type of school to match your situation. You should know that the career related degrees will offer you key benefits of more career job opportunities and in most cases you will increase your income with your new skills. If income is not your goal in life then online college will enable you to fulfill a lifelong dream or learn a new topic if interest. My favorite topic of interest is history. The DegreeHound site has most of information on this topic that I researched in the 1980’s and all the new colleges that now have an online presence. With that said, we shine some light on Wipee List, a simpleton among others in the field. The Wippe site allows you to add items, edit, check items off, delete them from view with an easy drag-and-drop motion.  You can even share you list if you want. By Social Catalyst | November 14, 2008

Everyday now is seems there is another company in line to get a bail out from the US government. The dollars are not chump change, they are billions and billions of dollars they are wanting the government to give them the money. It would would be nice to get my bailout. Not sure if the government would be up for it. With no bailouts in site for us regular citizens, I guess we will have to focus on things like reducing cost, improve our income and manage the debt that we currently have.

For those not getting a bailout there are other ways to manage debt with negotiation with an end goal of reducing and lowering your current debt amounts. The folks of FreedomDebtRelief.com is Debt Relief company that can help you be debt free in as little as 12-36 months. I guess that would depend on your amount of debt and the amount of extra income you have to help to reduce your debt. I have been debt free before and I liked it. Their service is to help you lower debts down from the total amount that you owe now.  Some has reduced debt as much as 50 percent. The services is an alternative to going to bankruptcy, credit counseling and/or debt consolidation.

By Social Catalyst | November 11, 2008

One of the biggest enemy of a home will be the dreadful termite. Termite’s will be the first to find a way to the wood under your house if there is a way from the ground. The control of these creatures are valuable asset to homeowners. Without a termite bond, you cannot sell your house. Some times they only time you find termites is when you do remodeling on your house, they seem like they like the oldest, wettest wood the best. I did help out for a couple of week with a termite extermination company to provide termite protection.
